lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, reach out to us at a2odrink@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll look into it and help get it resolved.


damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email a2odrink@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items or packaging. Once we review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

If you placed your order less than an hour ago, you can make changes or cancel via self-service — look for the modification link in your order confirmation email, where you'll be able to update items, quantities, or your shipping address.


If you placed your order more than an hour ago and your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to change or cancel your order by emailing your requested changes to a2odrink@gmail.com. We unfortunately cannot modify or cancel your order after it has already shipped.
